NOTE: We only deliver in the Durban North to Umhlanga region. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

 

Delivery

Please take careful note of the following delivery details:

  • Deliveries are only available in the greater Durban North to Umhlanga area. Unfortunately, orders outside of this region will need to be cancelled and refund will be processed. If you have any questions, please contact us. 
  • Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 1 day of order placed. 
  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. 
  • Once your order has been placed, we will call you on the number provided (in checkout) to schedule delivery. 
  • Standard delivery fee is R50.

 

COVID-19 Precautions:

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to keep both you and our staff safe during this time. All delivery items are wiped with suitable disinfectant prior to leaving our premises. When delivery occurs, our drivers will call you and leave the package at your door/gate, with no physical contact. If you have any questions pertaining to this, please fell free to get in touch. 

 

Payment

  • All payments are processed by PayFast, SA's leading payment provider. View PayFast's site here.
  • Payments are safe and no payment data is ever stored or able to be accessed by Mica. PayFast is PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant. View their security details here.
  • The following payment methods are accepted: Debit Card, Credit Card, Instant EFT.
